St. Louis, Missouri — Advanced Aircraft Detailing & Ceramic Coating Training
At Matt Gohdi’s professional aircraft detailing training facility in St. Louis, this 2016 Hawker 900XP became the platform for intensive, real-world ceramic coating training with Ceramic Pro.
This wasn’t a classroom exercise — it was a full-scale aircraft correction and protection process, executed to professional standards.
Over the course of two full days, the jet underwent a complete transformation:
Deep exterior decontamination to remove embedded contaminants from aviation-grade surfaces
Multi-stage polishing to refine and restore gloss across the fuselage
Precision application of ceramic coating to protect against UV exposure, oxidation, and environmental fallout at altitude
Aircraft paint systems demand a different level of discipline compared to automotive work. Surface area, access, materials, and environmental exposure all scale up — and so does the margin for error.
This project reinforced what high-level detailing really requires: process control, consistency, and the ability to execute under demanding conditions.
The result is exactly what you’d expect — clarity, depth, and long-term protection on a platform where nothing less is acceptable.
The images capture the outcome.
Looking to build relationships with aircraft owners at Napa Airport and Concord Airport.
